Position Summary
 

The Student Support Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting Primary students with complex learning, behavioural, social, or developmental needs that extend beyond typical daytoday classroom support. The objective of this role is to provide students with support and strategies that allow them to access the curriculum and operate effectively at school. It requires liaising with external professionals and includes completing formal applications in consultation with staff and parents to government departments for funding allocations which are reviewed on a regular basis. 

Responsibilities 

This 3dayperweek, fixedterm role is responsible for: 

  • Managing student support needs across two Primary year levels 
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure students can access the curriculum and participate fully in school life 
  • Developing and coordinating support plans and strategies 
  • Liaising with external providers (e.g., psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists) 
  • Completing formal applications to government and non- government agencies for funding and support allocations. 
  • Monitoring and reviewing student progress and documentation 
  • Potentially running smallgroup intervention sessions (note: this role does not carry a teaching load) 
  • Completing formal applications to government and non- government agencies for funding and support allocations. 

The heart of this role is to ensure students with additional needs are understood, supported, and equipped to thrive. 

Selection Criteria 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, with preference for qualifications in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or a related field 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Primary teacher, with strong capability in student support, case management, or working with students with additional needs 
  • Current Queensland College of Teachers registration 
  • Strong knowledge of learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and evidencebased intervention strategies 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals

Position Summary

Relief Teacher Aides support teaching staff in delivering quality education by assisting with classroom activities, supervising students, and providing individual or small group support to enhance student learning and engagement. This role requires flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to a variety of classroom and learning environments.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Education Support would be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience working within a secondary school environment would be advantageous
  • Training in recognised numeracy and literacy support programs is desirable.
  • Holds current “Working With Children Authority Card” issued by Blue Card Services.

Position Summary 

The Secondary Administration Assistant provides highquality administrative support to faculty areas, ensuring smooth coordination of processes, events, and documentation across the academic year. The role supports staff with daytoday administration, prepares assessment and excursion materials, maintains faculty resources, and contributes to the effective operation of faculty activities. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, digital literacy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic school environment. 

Role Responsibilities 

  •  Provide administrative support including word processing, email coordination, timetabling, Central, and budget monitoring 
  • Coordinate Secondary personnel forms in EdSmart such as excursion requests, parent permission forms, and Variation of Duty forms 
  • Use Office365, Central and related platforms to prepare excursion documentation and support budget processes 
  • Prepare student assessment materials including printing, collation, and supporting documentation 
  • Support the organisation of school events such as Discover Secondary, Awards Night, Graduation, school tours, excursions, and faculty activities

Position Summary
 

The Secondary Sports Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the effective daily operation of the Secondary Health & Physical Education (HPE) and Sports program. Working closely with the Head of HPE & Secondary Sports Coordinator, teaching staff, and coaches, the role provides administrative, logistical, operational, and practical assistance to ensure highquality sport and HPE experiences for students. The position also contributes to the delivery of sports events facilitated by the Citipointe Academy of Sport. This role requires a proactive, organised, and relational individual who can uphold and model the College’s Christian values while supporting staff and students across a dynamic school sporting environment. 

Role responsibilities 

  • Support the daily operation of the Secondary HPE and Sports program. 
  • Prepare, organise, maintain, and transport sporting equipment and resources. 
  • Assist teachers and coaches during HPE lessons, sports afternoons, and training sessions. 
  • Help manage student groups and support participation tasks (signins, uniforms, equipment). 
  • Set up and pack down classrooms, fields, and facilities for lessons, fixtures, carnivals, and events. 
  • Attend gala days, tournaments, and interschool competitions to assist staff and students. 
  • Provide administrative support, including communication updates and maintaining accurate records. 
  • Assist with logistics and coordination of sports events and Secondary sports afternoons. 
  • Liaise with Sports Captains, Heads of House, and Head of Year 12 as required. 
  • Fill staffing gaps under the direction of the Head of HPE & Secondary Sports Coordinator. 
  • Promote sports activities that reflect the College’s Christian values.

Position Summary
 

The Health Bay Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the College Health Bay, combining practical clinical capability with strong administrative and processmanagement skills. The role provides immediate first aid and health support, manages medical documentation and compliance requirements, and ensures the Health Bay operates to a high professional standard. 

This position requires a healthqualified professional who can confidently apply their clinical knowledge in a school environment, balancing handson care with accurate recordkeeping, workflow coordination, and stakeholder communication. Nursing credentials or equivalent health qualifications are highly regarded, particularly from backgrounds involving autonomy, triage, community health, or nonacute settings. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Overseeing daily Health Bay operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance 
  • Providing clinically sound first aid and immediate care to students, staff, and visitors 
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant medical records, including treatments, incidents, and medication administration 
  • Administering student medication in accordance with procedures and parent/guardian instructions 
  • Updating and maintaining Health Bay procedures and documentation to meet policy and legislative requirements 
  • Managing Health Bay workflows and processes to ensure smooth daily operations 
  • Supporting camps and excursions through accurate medical information and risk considerations 
  • Managing stock, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, and monitoring 
  • Maintaining first aid kits and defibrillators across the campus 
  • Communicating professionally with students, families, and staff regarding health needs and wellbeing concerns 
  • Contributing to injury trend reporting and supporting compliance requirements

Position Overview: Citipointe Christian College is seeking casual First Aid Officers to join our team in 2025. Our First Aid Officer position is a dynamic role focused on providing a service to the students, staff and parents of the College by attending to the first aid needs of students and staff through the operation of the College Health Bay.This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a strong commitment to the school’s values and safety standards.

Position Summary

The Facilities Officer supports the effective operation of College facilities through hands‑on assistance with maintenance support, furniture movements, logistics, and general facilities operations. Working under the direction of the Facilities Manager, this role contributes to the continuity, safety, and presentation of the College environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and report facilities maintenance needs
  • Log maintenance requests and assist with timely resolution

SPORTS COACHES
