Speech, Drama and Acting
Extra-Curricular Speech, Drama, and Acting is offered for students in Years 1-12 (group classes year 1-6, private and small group classes year 3-12.)
Speech, Drama, and Acting is a great way to develop confidence in performance and public speaking, problem solving, team work, creative thinking, initiative, motivation, improvisation, empathy, and commitment.
Through games, exercises, and performance opportunities, students learn valuable creative skills, including character interpretation through movement and voice, dialogue delivery, audition etiquette, scripting and line learning, mime, poetry recitation, acting for film, roving character acting, improvisation, and being part of a live show.
