Lead Cast

Hannah O

Mary Poppins

Hannah is a passionate performer with over 12 years of experience in dance, where she has developed into a confident artist through eisteddfods and high-level examinations. At Citipointe, she has been actively involved in the Arts, participating in dance ensembles, vocal lessons, choirs, and taking on roles as a supporting actor, principal dancer, and student choreographer in the 2023 production of The Little Mermaid. Hannah cherishes the fun and encouraging rehearsal environment, where she is constantly inspired to strive for excellence. With a blend of discipline, playfulness, and a touch of magic, she is honoured to bring Mary Poppins to life, using her talents to light up the stage and glorify God.

Cody C

Bert

Cody is a passionate performer who has trained in the Arts for the past five years. At Citipointe, he has been involved in various dance ensembles, including Emerge Dance, Junior and Senior Dance Company, and Musical Theatre Dance. He has also played key roles such as Edmund in the 2022 production of Narnia and Flounder in the 2023 production of The Little Mermaid.
Now, Cody is thrilled to take on the role of Bert in Mary Poppins, guiding the audience through this magical story. He is especially excited to highlight how, much like Jesus, Mary Poppins’ arrival transforms the lives of those she meets. Cody looks forward to bringing energy and heart to this beloved character.

Jakiah R

George Banks

Jakiah is a newcomer to the musical stage, with his primary performance experience rooted in singing, leading worship, and public speaking. Encouraged by friends, he felt called to use his God-given talents to glorify God through Musical Theatre. During his time leading Bible studies at school, Jakiah has developed an understanding of the pressures that can come with guiding others, something he relates to in the character of George Banks, both as head of the household and in his work at the bank. He hopes to draw on these experiences to bring meaning to his portrayal of George.

Talitha B

Winifred Banks

Talitha has been part of the Arts programs at Citipointe for the past 12 years, participating in choir, dance, and drama. She is excited to perform in her third College musical, alongside her little sister Hannah! Having spent what feels like her whole life on stage, Talitha is deeply grateful to God, her family, and friends for their constant support of her artistic journey. She is thrilled to bring the character of Winifred Banks to life, and hopes her portrayal will not only inspire others in their own Arts journey, but also highlight the important lesson we learn from Winifred — to stay true to yourself and fight for those you love.

Hannah B

Jane Banks

Hannah loves being on stage and has trained in the Arts for over five years, with ongoing lessons in Speech & Drama, Singing, and Dance. This year, she is one of the youngest cast members in the College’s production of Mary Poppins. Though small, Hannah is passionate about using her creative gifts to entertain others and glorify God. She is ecstatic to perform alongside her big sister, close friends, and the incredible cast. Hannah looks forward to bringing Jane Banks to life—capturing her bossy, childish beginnings and her journey toward becoming thoughtful and grown-up. She hopes you enjoy this year’s production of Mary Poppins.

Thomas E

Michael Banks

Thomas is a dedicated performer, actively involved in the Arts at Citipointe Christian College. He has participated in Choir and Musical Theatre Group, developing his skills in acting, singing, and stage performance. This year, he is excited to take part in the school musical, bringing his talents to the stage and contributing to the College’s vibrant creative community. Thomas looks forward to performing alongside an amazing cast and sharing their hard work with the audience.
